Will I receive the bead shown on your website?

Each bead is one of a kind and you will recieve the exact bead which appears in the images. We have done our best when preparing images to maintain that bead's color. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer screen. We also avoid any touch up work so there should be no surprises when you receive your JuJu Beadz.

How do you measure your beads?

I measure JuJu Beadz from tip to tip in the direction of the hole. For example, if the hole in a puppy is vertical (the silver wire shows hole direction) it is measured from the top of its head (or ears if they're pointed up) to the bottom of its paws. They are not measured from nose to tail unless the hole is in that direction. I've done my best to measure as accurately as possible.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through my secure shopping cart. I also accept Paypal. If you would prefer another type of payment please contact me prior to ordering.

How soon can I expect delivery?

I will process your order within 3 business days of receipt of your order and payment. If I am away at a show I will process your order within 3 days of my return.

How much do you charge for shipping?

First Class shipping is $3.95.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your items for a refund. Items must be returned with the original receipt, in the same condition they were sent. Refunds do not include return shipping costs. After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

Are JuJu Beadz safe for children?

JuJu Beadz can bring out the kid in you but they are not for children. JuJu Beadz are made of glass and can be harmful if swallowed or banged around or struck with force to cause cracking. Please be cautious and keep JuJu Beadz away from children and pets. The buyer assumes all responsibility associated with owning these glass pieces.
